Installation WaMa

In the WaMa is a DSL connection which provides Internet for the Kosmos Viertel and the Backbone. This DSL-link is originally equipped with a "Telekom Digitalisierungsbox". On the roof of the WaMa (and the Cafe) there are access points to provide internet access for pedistrians in the area. Additionally, on the roof of the Cafe, there is a CPE510 which maintains a link with the Medienetage and an NBE-5AC-Gen2 to link up with the roof of Ortolf200.

On the roof of Ortolf200 (10+ level building), there is a pair of NBE-5AC-Gen2s, one of which connects to the NBE-5AC-Gen2 down on the roof of the Cafe and the other which connects to Coloniaallee.

In order to support Ortolf200 as a seperate mesh node, a connection to Coloniaallee, and also to extend the DHCP network from the WaMa, VLANs are being used. From the Cafe's roof, the untagged wireless connection is destined for OLSR traffic while tagged VLAN 10 is for DHCP. Additionally, tagged VLAN 103 is used to virtualize a direct connection between WaMa and Coloniaallee.

As these three VLAN (one untagged and two tagged) are received on Ortolf200, the untagged VLAN and VLAN 10 are forwarded to the core router for Ortolf200. Additionally, VLAN 103 is forwaded to the second NBE-5AC-Gen2 which connects with Coloniaallee.

Installation Ortolf200

Um eine Verbindung von der Wama bis zur Coloniaallee zu ermöglichen würde drei (3) NanoBeam AC Gen2 von Ubiquiti verwendet. Die Geräte bauen einen Multi-hop Wireless Bridge von der Cafe-Dach bis zur Ortolf200-Dach, und dann noch weiter bis zur Coloniaallee.

Dazu gibt es die Verbindung mit Schönefelder Chausee 183 was auch einen Management und Mesh Netzwerk verwaltet.

Zwischen alle Ubiquiti AirOS Geräte ist der DHCP aus der Wama via tagged wlan und lan (10) weiter verbreitet um den ganzen Kosmos Viertel.
