Ziel der Installation ist die Versorgung der Gartenkolonie Tempelhofer Berg, sowie die Versorgung von Teilen des Tempelhofer Feldes (Tempelhofer Seite). Die Installation ist über eine Richtfunkstrecke mit dem Rathaus in Neukölln verbunden.
